Please be advised that for security purposes Canada Post is removing street letter boxes in the locations listed below during the G20 Summit that is taking place in Toronto. Identified street letter boxes will be removed on June 18 and replaced on June 28. Customers can continue to deposit mail at retail outlets and street letter boxes outside of the G20 perimeter.

Minimal impact to mail services in Huntsville, Ontario leading up to the G8 Summit to take place June 25-26,2010

With the exception of a few customers who reside in the area immediately surrounding the Deerhurst Resort, where the G8 Summit will be taking place on June 25-26, 2010, Canada Post anticipates little impact on mail services in Huntsville leading up to and during G8 Summit.

Mail deliveries to and from the downtown Toronto area leading up to the G20 Summit on June 26-27, 2010

Canada Post is anticipating that increased security measures and road restrictions may affect the delivery of mail to and from the Toronto downtown area leading up to the G20 Summit to take place at the Metro Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario on June 26-27, 2010.

Canada Post will do everything possible to continue to meet your daily business needs with minimal disruption while Canada welcomes leaders from around the world.
